Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Mining Mandi is a B2B marketplace operated by Manurath Minerals, Sector 14, Hiran Magri / Savina, Udaipur, Rajasthan – 313001, India (GSTIN: 23EEDPS0310L1ZQ), connecting traders, mining owners, and investors to buy, sell, and lease minerals, mining machinery, and mining leases across India.

Mining Mandi is a marketplace and brokering platform — it lists offers, verifies participants, and facilitates trades. It is not a party to the underlying sale of goods between a buyer and a seller unless expressly stated (for example, where payment is collected via the platform's escrow flow, described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

2. Accounts and roles

Every account has one role, which determines what it can do on the platform:

• Trader / Mining Owner — can list minerals, machinery, and mine leases for sale, declare mineral supply for enquiry routing, and buy from other listings.
• Investor — can browse mine and lease opportunities.
• Supervisor — a company-level account provisioned by a mining owner to help run day-to-day mine operations (fuel, workers, machines, attendance).

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this platform.

3. Verification (KYC)

Every account is verified manually before it can transact — this involves a PAN number, an optional GSTIN for businesses, and one government ID (Aadhaar, Driving Licence, or Voter ID). Mining Mandi may reject, suspend, or request resubmission of a verification at its discretion, and may suspend an account whose verification is found to be false or fraudulent.

4. Listings and pricing

Listings submitted by traders and mining owners are reviewed by our admin team before they go live — nothing a seller submits is shown to buyers automatically. Admin may edit a listing's presentation, set the public price a mine/lease is shown at, mark a submitted quality report as checked before it is shown to buyers, or reject a listing outright.

A seller's own asking price on a mineral or mine listing is private information used to guide admin's pricing decision — it is not necessarily what a buyer is shown or what the seller is ultimately paid.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of grade, quantity, quality report, and origin information they submit. Mining Mandi does not independently test or certify mineral quality.

5. Orders, payments, and commission

Where an order is placed and paid for through the platform, payment is processed via Razorpay and handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mining Mandi deducts a commission from the seller's payout on completed orders; the applicable rate is disclosed to the seller before the order is confirmed. GST invoices for completed orders are generated through the platform's billing tool.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in a listing, enquiry, KYC submission, or grade request;
• use the platform to circumvent admin-brokered enquiry routing for the purpose of avoiding a genuine trade dispute later;
• attempt to access another account, or data belonging to another user, without authorisation;
• use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract listings or user data; or
• use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including trading in minerals or leases the seller does not have the right to sell.

Mining Mandi may suspend or terminate an account for any breach of these terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Mining Mandi verifies accounts and reviews listings before publication, but does not guarantee the quality, legality, or fitness for purpose of any mineral, machinery, or lease traded through the platform, nor that a seller will deliver as described. Delivery status shown on an order is self-reported by the seller and is not independently verified by Mining Mandi.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mining Mandi's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the commission or fees actually received by Mining Mandi in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or use of the platform, without prejudice to the dispute-resolution process described in our Grievance Redressal policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
