How KYC verification works

Every account is verified before it can transact. Verification is reviewed manually by our KYC team — it is not automated.

• PAN number (required)
• GSTIN, for businesses (optional)
• One government ID: Aadhaar, Driving Licence, or Voter ID

Submissions are reviewed by our team. If a submission is rejected, the reason is shown and you can correct and resubmit it.

Payment security & disputes

Mining Mandi holds your payment in escrow until the order is resolved — funds are not released to the seller automatically. Sellers report dispatch and delivery status on each order. If there is a problem with delivery or quality, you can raise a dispute and our team will review it before deciding whether to release funds to the seller or refund you.
