Mining Mandi provides this grievance redressal mechanism as required under India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What you can raise here
- A complaint about a listing, seller, buyer, or trade conducted through the platform;
- A dispute over an order that our standard dispute-resolution flow hasn't resolved to your satisfaction;
- A request to access, correct, or delete your personal data;
- A concern about how your KYC documents or other personal data have been handled; or
- Any other complaint about content or conduct on the platform.

3. How it works

- We will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time, generally within a few working days.
- We will investigate and respond with an outcome or next steps. For order disputes, this may involve reviewing evidence from both the buyer and seller.
- If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the address above in writing, or pursue remedies available to you under Indian law.
